A warm welcome to Special Zen. This is a class designed to include those on the autistic spectrum to find a little peace in a frenetic world. It can be challenging finding extra curricular activities for autistic children who often struggle with group sessions. Our group will be small, friendly and welcoming allowing your child to develop their strength, posture and inner peace in a calm, inclusive setting.
